Our services include the creation of custom websites and logos, which are personalized and designed specifically for each client. As such, our services are considered digital and creative work that cannot be “returned” once delivered.
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
Project Not Started:
If you cancel before any design work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial deposit.
Before Delivery of First Draft:
If you cancel after the project has started but before the first draft has been delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus a service fee for work already completed.
After Delivery of Work:
Once the first draft or completed work has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. We are happy to make revisions in accordance with the package you purchased.
We are committed to delivering designs that meet your expectations. Each project includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in your service package.
If you require additional revisions beyond the agreed scope, they may incur extra charges.
Refunds will not be issued in place of revisions once work has been delivered.

We will confirm the stage of your project and determine if a partial refund is applicable.
Any files or drafts completed up to the point of cancellation remain the intellectual property of JayzDesignz unless full payment is received.
